Lawrence B. Landman is the head of LawFlex Antitrust. He is a leading authority on how the American and European antitrust authorities protect competition to innovate, having written very extensively on this subject over many years.
He has litigated numerous business cases, including antitrust cases, in American and European courts. He has also drafted a wide variety of agreements, particularly on behalf of technology-oriented firms.
He is the author of Doing Business in the United States: Legal Opportunities and Pitfalls, which has been translated into Czech and Chinese.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, his MBA from Columbia University, and his Ph.D. from Roskilde University in Denmark.
